REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY:

Friends, if your order has not yet shipped, we will happily provide you with a refund.

If you receive your item(s) and are not satisfied, please ship the item(s) back to us, and we will provide you with a refund for the amount of your original purchase. Make sure your item(s) is unused and in the same condition that you received it, and ship it back in its original packaging. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs, including the original cost of shipping to you, are non-refundable.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:

Though they are packed with care, our goods occasionally incur injury during their journey to you. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damage ( to: custcare@theraccoonsociety.com ).
